1. The Latest Alive with Clive Top 20 Chart
This week saw a nice move up the chart by Cassandra Kubinski. After sending out a superb announcement about the Alive with Clive Top 20 to her fans this past Monday, they answered her call for votes and have moved her from 8th position in the rankings to 3rd, to edge Irena Makarchuk from the band Bermuda Road into fourth place. Congratulations, Cassandra!

This past Friday, I had the pleasure again of having Cassandra on my TV show with Firan "4RON" Chisolm (see below) and accompanying her to the last performance on her Borders tour in Southbury, Connecticut. In the process, I developed an even greater appreciation for her songwriting prowess and brilliance.

Cassandra is one of the sleeping giants in the Alive with Clive Top 20 who is just now waking up in this contest and has the fans to help her make a big move fast up the Alive with Clive Top 20 Chart. She still has some way to go, though, to catch Anthony Melillo and his brothers, Nick and Joe, who -- with the help of an amazingly supportive group of fans -- have increased what was already a formidable lead and now have six times more votes than Joséphine Ancelle, who remains in second place.

As previously mentioned, That's My Son is a beautiful song I believe every son wants his parents to hear.
I've added a new column to the Alive with Clive Top 20 Chart. Now you can see whether a musician or band has moved up or down in the ranking in relation to the previous week. A green number indicates an upward move and a red number a downward move.
The biggest move up the Alive with Clive Top 20 Chart this week was made by Jeneen Terrana, who moved from 24th to 7th place with just two votes, and the second biggest move was made by James Adamo, who moved from 20th to 5th with just five votes.
At this stage, it is still possible for a musician or band to make a big move up the chart with just a couple or a few votes, but as more fans begin to vote for the musicians and bands they support and love, it is unlikely that such big moves will occur in the future with a small number of votes.

2. Some Pointers About Voting
Remember to post a link to my Web site, www.alivewithclive.tv, on your Web site and My Space page with a brief description about the compilation CD I am creating to sell to millions of people to raise millions of dollars to help people in South Africa suffering from AIDS. Ask them to vote for you every day to ensure that you are one of the 20 musicians who has a song on the compilation CD. Indicate also that by voting they become eligible to receive the fr*ee gift bonuses I give away to everyone who votes.

If there is a particular song (or songs) you love, please let me know by sending an email to me at high5clive@hotmail.com so that if the musician or band who performs the song is in the Alive with Clive Top 20 when it's time to select the 20 songs, your recommendation will be taken into account.
After you have entered your name and email address to vote for the first time, you can but don't have to provide me with your name and email address again to vote. The link to the Web page with the link to the voting page is included in the email you receive immediately after you enter your name and email address. So you can simply place the link to the page with the link to the voting page in your favorites file or reopen the email you receive with the link and click on it whenever you want to vote every day.
3. Alive with Clive Musicians Making Major Music Moves!
As you'll see from the list below, musicians who have appeared on Alive with Clive and are eligible to be in the Alive with Clive Top 20 are in action and making major music moves all over the tri-state area and in other places too.

Many of you know that my friend and mentor, Lynn Rose, who is based in Los Angeles, has provided immense inspiration to me over the past few years.
She used to conduct the GoalGetter Program in which I was a participant; she is the creator of the WOW Factor! Workshop in which she teaches participants how to become charismatic communicators; she is one of the experts I interviewed on Clive's Multiply Your Magnificence Radio Show last year; her marvelous Ebook of inspiring quotes is one of the bonuses I provide to you as a subscriber of this MagEzine; and she will be running in a marathon in San Francisco in September to raise money for AIDS research.
